Fan Noise
Control of duct-borne fan noise radiating from terminal grilles, and break-out noise along duct routes. Liaison with the services consultant at design stage can lead to significant savings in terms of acoustic hardware and plantroom space. System regenerated noise at grilles, dampers and fan coil units or VAV boxes must also be assessed.

Plantroom Structures
Specifications for walls, slabs, builders work shafts and doors controlling plant noise break-out, including non-ducted plant - boilers, pumps, chillers, dry air coolers and generators.

Vibration Isolation
Schedules are issued for each item of services plant, accounting for floor construction, plant location and dynamic stability of the isolated system. Advice regarding isolation of associated duct/pipework is also included.
